Is 'The Biggest Loser' trying to keep their trainers in the closet?

Anyone who has followed Jillian on Facebook/Twitter for any length of time knows she has a girlfriend, with whom she lives and has dogs with. And new trainer, Cara Castronuova once dated God-des of God-des and She (and even starred in one of their videos). And you know, Bob Harper is so obviously (and adorably) gay. So, personal choice on their part to NEVER discuss it, or is there something more?

We’re interested to see if Jillian becomes any more open after this season, when she takes a break from TV to adopt a child (hmm, by herself?).
