Wonder what touring with GOSSIP is like?
Brace Paine is our hero. He got a new Flip cam, and has been documenting GOSSIP’s current European tour.
Check out the footage he’s put together, complete with a hilarous loop of Hannah dancing (about 2:35 in), BDitty’s clever jokes delievered with her adorable Southern drawl, and even a sneak peak at the filming of the video for “Heavy Cross.”

Beth Ditto, in a custom Alexander McQueen outfit in the new issue of BlackBook, where she offers some words of wisdom:
“When all you have is an ugly sweater-vest, cut it up and make a really cool skirt out of it! When all you have are these really hateful people, cut them up and make something funny out of them.”

GOSSIP performed at Lagerfeld’s Fendi party in Paris this week. Naturally, Beth Ditto stripped down to her bra + underwear and stage dove. Awesome.
Wondering what GOSSIP has been up to?
Not sure what Beth Ditto is doing here, but we <3 her, anyway. Gossip is currently in the studio recording their new album, which should be out sometime in the spring (woo!). An update from their MySpace blog:
We have been listening to lots of Micheal Jackson, Zombies and Joy Division …. We are living off green tea and donuts. It’s hard to find donuts in Malibu (it’s all health food here). Coffee is pumping through our veins (i didn’t go to sleep until 4 last night). How can you do a record and NOT drink coffee? It seems hard to do one without the other. We have two more weeks left.
